BE A PART OF THE REBIRTH (Current condition of the building)

Motor Developments purchased this derelict building in early 2015.  After careful analysis and considering many ideas, we are happy to announce the construction of commercial retail/office studios in Ford City.
1200 Block is located at the southern point of Ford City.  It is a strong anchor and frames the neighborhood with the Gino Marcus Community Center across the street and nearby Garry Dugal Park.
This building began its life as a grocery store known as "Ford Provision" and eventually operated as a salvage warehouse.  It is now ready to be repurposed.  The original brick building will be restored with a mix of old and new.  Our vision is to keep the structure raw capturing the original feel of the building.
Several units will be available for lease with careful consideration to maximize space.  It is also important to us to produce flexible facilities with spaces that are adaptable for different uses.  We will use reconditioned fixtures and furnishings reducing our carbon footprint wherever possible.
